The AABE Gator Chapter was established to raise student awareness of and participation in influencing energy policymaking, particularly as this affects minority communities, and energy research and development technologies. AABE encourages its members to pursue degrees in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics, and to apply this knowledge to promote environmentally-responsible advancements in the energy sector to meet current and future energy needs both nationally and globally.
