We promote the education, retention, and advancement of Hispanic engineers and scientists. Also we focus on developing and participating in programs with industry and educational institutions that benefit students seeking technical careers. Serve as a support group assisting each other with academic requirements and problems. Inform the general public of technical contributions and achievements of Hispanic Americans. We accomplish this by hosting fundraising events, community service, student-led workshops, leadership conferences, and monthly meetings. Students should join us beacuse we offer professional development resources to assist them in their engineering careers. Companies should work with us since they will have access to the talented future engineers of Las Vegas majoring in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, and Electrical Engineering.
