Our organization is completely student-run and each year we come up with a different cause to support. This year, we are using our proceeds to support Samaritas. We are using our talents, ideas, and professionalism to put on a fashion show that donates not only money but time to this organization focused on providing support to women, men and youth around the globe surrounding the topics of cultural issues, financial empowerment, health & wellness, mentorship, and educational opportunities. We want to provide support to the greater community through programs focused around fashion and artistic expression. NOiR's goals align perfectly with a mission of helping students develop adaptable skills, emphasizing curiosity and collaboration, empowering them to solve our world's problems. The 14 students on our board come from a diverse array of disciplines around campus, and we use our unique skills to create an innovative, professional production that is put on to uplift the community.
