It is a nontraditional Greek organization that is the collegiate level of Future Business Leaders of America. We go to State Competitions and Nationals. We prepare those for the competitive side of the world after college. Students would join for the business aspect of it and how it is a resume builder. Companies should want to work with my chapter and I because we just want to prepare those that are going into the business world after college and show them the benefits of being a part of Phi Beta Lambda.
