We coordinate and host professional development events that help educate the women of our organization to be better prepared in the business world. Our professional development events typically consist of speaker events or workshops. We would love to invite more prominent speakers, but since we are still only in our fourth semester as an organization and do not have many funds, we mainly ask local business women or visiting alumni to come speak with us.

Students are encouraged to join if they are searching for an organization that specifically caters to the issues that women face in the business world. Not only do we want our members to know what to expect, but we want to prepare them to handle these situations, and we want to motivate them to become advocates for change in the business world.
