Currently we have two plots that we are currently building from the soil up. We are in the process of planting a variety of fruit and nut, native, pollinator attracting, and fertilizing trees and bushes to develop a self sufficient food producing system. In addition to this we are cultivating more traditional poly culture vegetable beds, involving multiple different types of vegetables and perennial support species. Students have the opportunity to get directly involved in the design and implementation of these permaculture systems and also to enjoy being outside in nature at a beautiful place and working with fun people!
