TFS promotes student creativity, professionalism, and leadership advancement through execution of 1 of the nation's largest collegiate fashion shows.

Located on campus at Iowa State University in Ames, Iowa, The Fashion Show showcases the many talents of students studying apparel, merchandising and design, architecture, industrial design, event management, public relations, finance and so many more. Together these students plan and execute an event each spring semester. With over 2,300+ attendees and 1000 online viewers, the show highlights the work of 50 student designers and one Guest Designer. These designers in the past have included Patagonia, Abasi Rosborough, Vineyard Vines, and Todd Snyder. The club is comprised of 130 committee members, 40 directors, and 4 producers. From the design and building of the stage set to the planning and volunteering at pop-up events the week before show, students are involved and in charge of every aspect of the show. April 13, 2019, will mark the 37th year of The Fashion Show.
