PaleoClub is an RSO at the University of Chicago which brings together individuals interested in paleontology. We hope to foster a community of budding paleontologists and casual enthusiasts alike. We host talks by paleontologists as well as tutorials teaching our members skills relevant to the field. Our events thus far have included movie nights, a trip the Field Museum, and lab tours. We have also hosted a variety of speakers including Dr. Paul Sereno and Dr. Zhe-Xi Luo. In the near future we are planning to attend a paleontology conference, develop a community outreach program, and go on a dig!
