Our purpose is to promote professional development among our members in the fields of Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics. In addition, to reveal members' full potential and provide opportunities to develop their leadership skills. Lastly, to inspire Hispanic youth to pursue higher education through awareness, access, and support in STEM.
