The Notre Dame chapter of Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is one of the largest student-led organizations on campus, with over 180 active members from 8 different engineering disciplines. We host many events and programs during the year, ranging from Professional Development, Outreach and Mentorship to Social events. The core board is comprised of 5 officers, with 8 director positions to lead many of our programs. Our collegiate section is part of a national organization that aims to stimulate women to achieve full potential as engineers and leaders, expand the engineering profession image as a positive force in improving quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity. We are excited to continue to inspire and encourage our future female engineers.
