Our mission is to stimulate women to achieve their full potential in careers as engineers and leaders, expand the image of the engineering profession as a positive force in improving the quality of life, and demonstrate the value of diversity. We do this by focusing on three key aspects: student activities, professional development, and K-12 STEM Outreach. Each element has an activity bi-monthly and we love to host companies for tech talks and workshops! In order to encourage future generations of engineers, we emphasize visiting K-12 schools to provide hands on workshops that showcase how exciting engineering can be.
